Henry Brunsdon is the founder and director of Brunsdon Attorneys Inc, a specialist labour law and criminal defence firm based in Bellville, Cape Town.
He holds an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney in 2005. Over two decades of practice, Henry has built deep expertise in labour law — representing clients at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, the Labour Court, and the Labour Appeal Court.
His firm handles matters across the full spectrum of employment law: unfair dismissals, retrenchments, workplace disputes, trade union matters, and employer compliance. He is equally experienced in criminal defence, family law, and civil litigation.
